Returns and Refund
RETURNS
We fully refund items returned in their original condition shipped back within 14 days of the receipt of the order. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Please contact customer service (support@shopchobs.com) in case you are willing to return an item.
EXCHANGES
We don’t currently do exchanges. If you’d like to exchange, just return your original item and place a new order through our website.
REFUND
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
